With all the rain in the area, work has been delayed a bit on the Shops at the Leaning Pear, but things are progressing in the way of roofing this week. With combined Zip System sheathing and waterproofing in place, the standing seam wall and roof panels are in progress this week. Storefront and plaster work is scheduled to follow, so the building should be dried in soon...!
Meanwhile, some of the interior ceiling work in the tenant spaces has been started while waiting on the rain. The inverted roof trusses really make each space feel open and unique.
